Our normal turnaround on regular orders are 5 business days plus shipping.

 

Engraving is FREE, Logos are $15 each.

 

Need a Rush order? Please call us or email us and we will try our best to help you meet your deadline!

If you have a special award in mind and do not see it on the website, please email us and we will work on helping you with that special award.

Custom orders not seen on the website take 2- 6 weeks to complete

The engraving is included in the price of your award.

 

HAVE A LOGO THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO INCORPORATE ON YOUR AWARD?  

PLEASE ADD IT TO YOUR AWARD!!

 They are $15 extra!

Please email the logo to us in black/white camera ready artwork (No color, No Grayscale)

  If you need more than one logo per award, please email us!

Don't Forget to email the artwork to us at: orders@cartersawards.com

 

Have a large order? Please just email us at orders@cartersawards.com and send it there.

We will send you an official quote to approve before production begins.

 

Need a proof of your award? We do not generally do proofs but if needed please let us know and we can email you a sample.

Have an error on our part ? 
Please let us know as soon as possible and we will correct it , no charge to you!

​

You made a mistake in spelling on the engraving or need to change it?

Let us know and we can redo the award, you will be charged for the new engraving or new award.
